Салат из тропических фруктов

Ингридиенты:

• ½ Del Monte Golden pineapple
• 2 kiwis
• 1 apple
• 1 mango
• 1 passion fruit
• A splash of orange juice
• 200g Green yoghurt
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp desiccated coconut
• 1 small bunch fresh mint

Подготовка:

1)Prepare the fruit so it’s all skinned, scooped or sliced to leave chunks of gorgeously colourful fruit. 2)Pop it all into a bowl and add the orange juice – give the bowl a shake so that the juice covers the fruit. 3)Divide the fruit between the plates, heap on a spoonful of yoghurt and drizzle the honey on top. Finally sprinkle the desiccated coconut for a bit of crunch and add the mint as a garnish.
